I case some of you have been living under a rock this weekend, the new Pixar hit "Wall-E' came out Friday. And you better believe the GRITS household was there for the opening night viewing.
In my opinion, there is nothing better than a Pixar movie and "Wall-E" continues their awesome movie making tradition. Along with the anticipation of the full length movie, was the excitement over the Pixar Short film. We were introduced to Presto the magician and his rabbit sidekick. It too was VERY cute!
The whole GRITS family gave "Wall-E" two thumbs up! Which should be enough incentive for anyone to go see it. Coincidentally my friend Teresa has also reviewed the film, so check it out. I also discovered the Pixar Blog which has a lot of information about the film.
Trust me, you won't want to miss this one in the theater folks. Check out the Wall-E widget below.

Presto & his rabbit were too funny!! I sat there thinking about how long it must have taken to put all that together and then it made my head hurt so I said a prayer and thanked God for not making me that smart. My ignorance complies with my laziness.
Wall-E and Eve-ah Forever!!!
Catching up...I'm behind on the blog, but it looks like y'all been having a great time this summer. I'm digging the mullets ;) Loving the new pics of the kiddos :) J's gonna need the hair styling products I foresee. Hopefully we can get together soon. Look at the calendar....
Dang, my kids went to the movies tonight. It was between Kung Fu Panda and Walle. They picked KFP. I will have to got when they see Wall-e. I guess in that case I should be gald I didnt go tonight.
It's been so long since I've been to the movies! I can't wait until my son is old enough to sit through a movie at the theater. But we'll have to take my six year old. She would love it!
My husband took my son on opening day. :) They enjoyed it but dh said that his expectations were a little TOO high for the movie, so he sort of experienced a bit of let-down. Ahhh well. Tis life.
thanks for the recommendation!
taking the 10 yr B-day boy Wednesday..I love having kids to see this with!
And it looks like we have to wait until Friday earliest before we can go see it. We took the kids (2 and 4) to see Kung Fu Panda on Imax in Huntsville. Wall-E was going to be the initiation to the BIG movies, but they did well enough for Kung Fu Panda that I'm willing to risk it. Besides, it's not like Jeff and I will miss it.
Jeffie wasn't saying nice things about you seeing this weekend, btw.
We loved Wall-e too and that short with the rabbit was hysterical!
Just found your blog. I'm not Greek, but I married one.
