‘Fro Me to You – Stylin’ and Profilin’

Welcome to the best day in blog land. I bring to you another crazy rendition of Kristen’s Sincerely ‘Fro Me to You.

Because we’ve not had enough photos of the 80’s, this week I present to you another 80’s blast from the past.

As soon as I found this photo, a flood of memories came back to me from over 20 years ago.

Weird how that happens, especially since I can’t tell you what I ate for lunch.

Anyway, take a look at these hot mama’s:

(Karen, Tappy, and me)

Just look at us dolled up here in our Panama Jack t-shirts for our youth group 24-hour “lock-in” at a local YMCA.

** flashback alert **

Did you read that??? PANAMA JACK t-shirt!

Here’s another part of the memory. I did not OWN a PJ t-shirt and one of my lovely friends let me wear one of theirs. Because we all HAD to match! And weren’t we so cute?!

While we are here, go ahead and notice my early adoration of the “Mom” jean. Niiiiice.

Mom jeans are cool. Mom jeans are cool. I figure if I say that often enough, it will come true.

I'll say this for the mom jeans - there's no chance of a plumber's crack when you wear them!

Panama Jack! I remember those.

I actually WISH kids would wear mom jeans these days...I'm so sick of crack and belly. At least y'all had your shirts all nicely tucked in!

How cool of your friend. I always loved the way we wore our pants practically touching our rib cages.

I think you were right about my hair. Just a small twist with the barette.
