Those are my kids with their cousins from Florida.

This is my favorite picture from the summer of 2008. I specifically saved its Internet reveal for Kristen’s carnival. Wow that was tough. But worth the wait, don’t you think?

Thanks for stopping by and singing your ABC’s with me, now click on over to We Are THAT Family to check out more Sizzling Summer Spectacles.

And I loved being called the Hostess with the Mostess. That's definitely a first.

Don't tell my son you've been to Lambert's or Varsity! He sees them on Food Network and he would be very, very jealous. He has to settle for whatever we have here in Washington - lol.

I love how you did your ABC's. Very good!!!

The picture where you're trying to get a good picture of all the cousins cracks me up! And HEY we have the blue striped beach towel, too!

I posted something today calling for stories about your worst parenting mistakes. If you've already posted one in the past or feel like posting another one and linking up, I'd definitely appreciate it! :)

Tammy -- I already left you a comment about this cute post, but I just read what you wrote about my vacation spectacle. I don't have your e-mail and I so needed to thank you for Commenting With Commiseration. I feel so less alone. :)

I am in awe of your creativity! And the fact you went up in a hot air balloon. I am also glad to see I am not the only one enforcing the mandatory reading even during summer vacation.
