Sincerely ‘Fro Me to You- Roll Tide

How incredibly fortunate you all are that this week’s ‘Fro Me to You just so happens to coincide with opening day of college football. Good plan, Kristen!

What?! Did I hear someone say they don’t give a flying flip? Blasphemy, I say.

In these here parts, i.e. The Southern United States, college football can almost be considered a religion. Blasphemy? Yes.

In honor of the much anticipated day, I shall share with you some photos of some kids who have been brainwashed encouraged to cheer for the Alabama Crimson Tide since the day they entered this world.

After all, I’ve been a fan since before I could walk:

The not-so brainwashed Princess, who happens to like the way Florida Gator fans clap:

(We've got a little bit of work to do on her majesty, so no e-mails please grandparents-- I DO realize the seriousness of the issue).

Lego-Man, who is devout and COMPLETELY brainwashed:

And all the little GRITS cousins receive equal brainwashing, even though some reside slap in the middle of Florida State country. Looks like my sister is doing her job in the name of the Crimson Tide, sorry Seminole brother-in-law:

Even the littlest one:

The cousins took a ceremonial “field trip” to the University of Alabama campus last summer:

Bryant-Denny Stadium, home of the Crimson Tide:

Last time we drove by, the Princess wanted to know “is that our church”. Ummm, no, but it is probably someone’s!

ROLL TIDE!

I think it might be a good thing you have already visited my 'Fro Me to You post. You might not want to visit anymore when you find out that we are Auburn fans here. ;) Actually, I had never heard of Auburn or Alabama until I met my hubby. He's a huge Auburn fan. I'm more of a Razorback fan. Woooo Pig Soieee! ;)

Great pics anyway, tho! Hee!

Love the pics of the kids. Mine are brainwashed too!! My 6 year old will cringe and squeal when he sees orange. "Mama, we don't LIKE orange, do we?" he says! Keep on training them up in the way they should go!
